Overall, the store is for both beginners and professionals, the staff is nice, very friendly, they select skates very competently, after consultation everything was very comfortable quickly, professional guys sharpen your skates and prepare you how to stand correctly; they will show you a full range of services. One of the better skate shops in the city.

I made a reservation for a skate fitting, and when I arrived one of the skate techs was happy to help size my feet and work with me to get me the right pair of skates for me.

I was generally quite happy with the service, and it seemed like everyone in the store was quite passionate about their job — I felt particularly comfortable trusting the staff here because they really focused on getting the right fit. I never felt that I was being upsold, and my skate fitter really worked to ensure that I was happy with my purchase. The skate sharpening was also done quite well.

I will certainly look to return here when I upgrade to another pair of skates!

I booked an appointment to get my first ice skates. I was assisted by the female associate. She was very professional, didn’t rush me into the process, and made me feel comfortable with my purchase.

Excellent customer service. They are extremely knowledgeable and patient. My son 14 YO, is extremely happy with the Bauer we bought and it was oven warmed to mold to his feet. They also help knock the ball area of your ankle so it doesn’t get pressed on to the skates. I am very happy to have found this place and not just buy it online. It’s a world of difference. Otherwise, unless your feet fits perfectly to the skates— no amount of expensive skates will matter. The retail cost is “slightly” higher but with all the customization—- well well worth it.
Highly recommend. Two of his friends are already going to get it.

Alvin was absolutely amazing. I came in a bit late for my appointment unfortunately but he was very understanding. He is also very clearly knowledgeable. I was able to pick out, purchase, bake and sharpen the skates all in one trip. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.
