I engaged Wellsure Solution Pvt. Ltd. for managing my Amazon seller account, and the experience has been worst & Their service is worst, and they don’t even reply or respond when they are online.
their lack of communication is appalling. It's nearly impossible to reach them when you have urgent issues. They keep changing there contact numbers regularly you can’t contact them on one particular number. They don't respond to emails correctly and their phone lines seem to be constantly busy or unanswered.
their so-called account manager is a fraud . They manipulate very easily They claim to optimize listings and manage inventory, but in reality, they make changes without consulting me. After all they make me feel huge losses they openly say you can’t do anything. Worst, I strongly don’t recommend this company.
