Their online accelerated program is extremely difficult and expensive for the pace they deem, not based on what you’re capable of. Be prepared to fail classes with a 69.9% because the professors didn’t like your answers. You have to be sadistic to try and succeed here.

This review is in regards to graduation, summer 2023. When your child receives a masters degree and is part of the only ceremony that day, families should not be rushed out of the building to take pictures in 106° heat! We wanted one picture with the graduate's grandmother. The heat was too much for her. Security was extremely rude!! We were rushed out of the building within 20 minutes after the ceremony. We happened to be one of the last groups to exit out of the bleachers. We were not allowed any time for one photo.

When we arrived, there were no signs designating handicapped parking, which we needed. Apparently, a lot directly in front of the Fieldhouse was reserved for handicapped. There were no signs or even a person at 3pm to move cones for the disabled. One elderly woman fell, possibly because she had to walk too far. I saw her face plant on the asphalt parking lot. Her head was bleeding, nose may have been broken. Employees rushed to assist her but the accident could have been prevented. If that was my family member we'd be suing the university.

After sending and paying for transcripts to TAMUC was told I needed transcripts from places I never attended, a private seminary never accredited, a school closed down by the state... tried to reason with them and went no where. Feel I wasted my money and time applying to Texas A&M Commerce. The thing is there is a limit on how many credits one can transfer so what I sent over was all accredited schools and still over 100 credit hours. Stay away from this place if you are trying to go back to school and finish your degree.

I received my Master’s of Science degree in Computer Science from Texas A&M at Commerce. The degree was well done and I have had successful jobs in the computer science field ever since.

My husband and I graduated a total of seven times from Texas A&M University-Commerce. We became educators in Dallas ISD and North Lake Community College. We both have received numerous awards. We are both children’s authors. Very grateful for our education at TAMUC.

I absolutely love this school ! I recently transferred her from a community college and I couldn't be happier. The professors really focus on the students they are all looking for you to succeed. They're are also tons of student organizations, events, and guest speakers plus a ton more benefits like a fitness center with a pool, a track, a rock climbing wall and a bunch more, they're is also free counseling and free health care (well it's part of tuition ) but it's amazing. I highly recommend checking out this school.

The university is great small classes, great environment and accessible online school. The staff on the other hand is terrible. I emailed my advisor in regards to some credits missing on my transcript and its been 2 months and still haven't heard from her. I called her, left her some voicemails and still no answer. I took 3 online classes and it would take days sometimes week for the professors to respond. I chose to stay because I'm already enrolled but would not recommend it to other students. You will get frustrated with the school system and organization. (10/19/2017).
