My business, VILLYN, uses Pietra for fulfillment and they helped me find some great factories to work with. As far as fulfillment goes, I shopped around a lot at first, and there are some crazy prices. I love that Pietra charges one low flat fee per order, as opposed to the others out there that want to charge you more than that PER ITEM. For a small business, those charges can add up and cut into profits. Pietra tries to be conscious of small business, whereas some other 3PL companies I spoke to won't even want to work with you unless you're doing >500 order a month. I had to look for packaging suppliers earlier this year and it's really convenient that I can chat to multiple factories on the platform instead of juggling through emails. Payment is easy too and my suppliers get their payment almost instantly it seems. I don't see myself leaving Pietra in the near future because the other prices out there are crazy. The team at Pietra is also easy to deal with.
