Used Peter Graff when selling my property, the service they offered was far superior to the estate agents we used to buy our next property. They kept us up to date every step of the way, chased solicitors and estate agents to help keep the process moving. We used Peter Graff estate agents to sell my mother's house, once she moved to a care home. They couldn't have been more helpful or more efficient. The Peter Graff staff took us through all the steps involved. They advised on repairs & refurbishment, they took photos and wrote descriptions. The advised us expertly on asking price and were brilliant negotiators.
When we agreed a sale, the staff chased anyone who needed to be prompted to expedite the sale. They clearly have a great deal of local property knowledge and sales expertise. But, just as important, you know that they will "go the extra mile" for their client.

Rude, rang up to enquire about a property and was told it was sold, enquired how much for and was told it doesn’t matter it’s sold. Know I was in the market to buy a place and won’t be going using this estate agent.
