Great customer service! If I have an issue, I start a chat and it is resolved within 24 hours. I spoke with Pam today, and she got on the phone with the vendor and got the info I needed within 15 minutes! Their website is also super easy to use too. They keep a permanent cart for you, and I really like the breakdown in your cart. Helps me itemize much more efficiently.

Great Customer Service, after placing an order I found one more item to add, so I called customer service, the rep Leslie Cervantes was very happy to help, she was straight up with her answer and just didn't say what I wanted to hear, after letting me know that it might be to late to add to the order she contacted the supplier and was able to get it added. Leslie told me that she would let me know the outcome either way and she did. Now that is great customer service.

Had the dreaded… missing box of merchandise yesterday. Contacted UPS to put in a claim and then spoke with Melissa to let her know what was happening so she could contact the vendor. She was very pleasant about the situation and her customer service was great. Today, my merchandise is back in my hands (don’t know what happened) but I am happy about it. I am also looking forward to a long relationship with this company. I love that it is a one stop shop for all of my needs.

I am quite pleased with how quick I was helped resolving an issue. For some reason my documents were not getting uploaded to the website. I then emailed my documents. I used the chat icon on the website to get some help and to make sure they were received. Lisbeth assisted me in checking on my documents to be sure they were actually received, my orders released, and helped answer all my questions. And it was all taken care of in a matter of minutes. Awesome customer service!
