This experience was great! The sales and finance guys were very helpful. They noticed that my license was expired but explained two ways to quickly renew it, saving me a long trip back home. The car was spotless and ready to go. I absolutely love it! I bought it because of the great price and my preference for small SUV crossovers.

I had a good experience with Igor in sales and did not feel pressured to get any extras from him or anybody else. I initially came in to look at a vehicle 15 minutes before closing and Igor took the time to go to another lot and bring the vehicle over and wait with me and my wife as we looked at it and asked questions even though we could not test drive it at the time (it hadn't been prepped). We kept him there after their closing time and he did not seem concerned. We left and kept looking at other vehicles. A while later, when I decided to purchase, I got a significantly better offer from another dealership. Igor matched that offer without any messing around (nobody else I talked with at other dealerships would match it). Prior to returning, we went through all of the costs so that I knew exactly what I would pay going out the door before I even showed up at the dealership. This is important to me because the dealership who gave me the good offer initially would not do that with me and I did not want to be surprised with additional costs.
The day of delivery, It took a while with a test drive and then the detailing of the vehicle as well as the various questions we had. But that was fine by me and Igor stayed patient through all of it. The buying process was simple and easy. Even after the purchase, Igor sat out in the car with us to thoroughly review everything about the car and the setup and options. He was polite and friendly the entire time and we had a lot of questions. Overall, we had a good experience and I have no complaints.

Was greeted right away and worked with Scott in getting the right vehicle for me. He was knowledgeable about the Nissan Rogue and answer all questions. He was great to work with Scott. Working with Jamie in financing, I was surprised that she remembered me from 6 years ago. She work hard to offer me the best terms and was able to get me a refund on my extended warranty from my previous vehicle that was totaled. Great overall experience

I inquired about a high mileage Mercedes C450 and this dealer has some kid text me and e-mail the CarFax report thinking this is going to be sufficient. It's a high risk transaction. I tell him it's overpriced considering 112,000 miles, 5 owners, missing service history and cuts off dialogue. Train your staff. Pick up the phone and have a conversation like an adult. Don't price cars over market when you have not sunk a dime into it or even detailed it. Ridiculous.

UPDATE 12:18 PST: I did speak to a manager who presented a 'flimsy argument' for pricing. He used an obsolete industry practice. His model compared market rate, demand, age, mileage, condition. It DOES NOT factor in outstanding maintenance, number of owners, risk with high mileage and failures, accidents, missing maintenance history (oil changes and plugs.) His asking is $18,785 vs. Edmunds shows $16,055 in average condition for his zip area. He claimed reconditioning of 2K+ which struck me as excessive markup and was not explained. He said I seemed to know this car. I have extensive knowledge of the M276 engine because I've worked on them.

Even after I informed him of the risk with missing maintenance (adding additional wear) and ambiguity of if/what/when components replaced such as struts, thermostat, he doubled down. His reasoning of an inspection report does not account for the aforementioned. Look at the photo of the headlight/hood photo. Q. Does this reasonably meet average condition? I think not. The dealer's position was 'indifference' to the risk a buyer would take on. The market will help adjust it for him.
