Amy was fabulous! I needed to have jewelry repair from my wife’s original wedding ring 40 years ago, and Amy was superb in customer service, knowledge,, and very attentive to my needs. In addition, she pointed me in the direction of some specials. The pricing Was very pleasantly surprising. Amy handled everything very professionally and absolutely low-key.. No high-pressure sales tactics. No pressure. And an absolute joy to deal with. My wife is gonna be one happy camper. Definitely will be back to Louisa Graff!

I recently had my wedding ring resized and I am amazed at the result, the band has a continuous design all the way around and at first I was told that they would likely have to insert a small "bar" that would interrupt the design, but I was ok with that since I knew I could just wear that part of it towards the bottom of my finger. When I went to pick up my ring today, I was astonished to find out that they were able to just stretch the ring while keeping the design intact. The result is absolutely beautiful, I'm super happy to be able to wear my ring comfortably again. I just wanted to say thank you to the jewelers and staff for being so kind, professional, and catering to my needs so well. I would highly recommend Luisa Graff to anyone looking for a service such as resizing a ring, given the fantastic result that they were able to achieve with mine!
