My case was a complicated one that other orthopedic surgeons would not take on. Dr Graf is a highly skill surgeon who in my case included my input about the course of treatment. He did not talk down to me and the process to accomplish a very complicated surgery went as good as one could expect considering the chronic condition of my leg that originated itself in 1978. The surgery that Dr Graf performed occurred in 2018 and was 12 hours long. It is now 2024 and I currently live near Lake Placid ny where I have built a home for my wife and I as well as hike the mountains that surround our home often. Dr's Graf and Kim did a great job and I would highly recommend them both.

I will start by saying Dr Graf was great. His support staff is unprofessional, and uninterested. I had an appointment on 2/28. I was still waiting for my MRI authorization on 3/29. For 3 1/2 weeks I callled almost everyday for answers. I received different information everytime I called and not once did I receive a call back from any of the staff that told me they would be in touch ASAP! I spoke to as many as 7 different people. All with unacceptable results! If your in pain I advise you go elsewhere!!!!! The support staff transferrred me to patient complaints. 2 weeks and I'm still waiting for a calll back from them as well. I cancelled my follow up appointment since with no MRI that would have been a $30 waste of time. What a complete waste of my time....and another 6 weeks in agony. Cooper doesn't seem to be interested in the patients pain or well being. STAY AWAY IF YOUR LOOOKING FOR A GOOD SUPPORT STAFF THAT KNOWS AND CARES ABOUT WHAT THEY ARE DOING!

En el año 2018 sufrí un accidente de tránsito y este médico me opero dos veces, me salvo la vida y ayudo a todo mi proceso de recuperación. Me atendió aun q yo no tenia el dinero para cancelar todo. Was referred to this specialist after the original surgeon(Dr fedorka) told us it was out of her area of expertise. Did nothing to help my son with his broken leg. (HE Broke leg in MARCH 2017, started seeing graf in 2018 per fedorkas referral ) he gave him only x-rays and joked about a cat scan being a box full of kittens. Told us it was unnecessary because the x-rays looked good. Fast forward a few useless visits later. My son has dramatically regressed physically. Movement hurts.Yes, Moving hurts him! He has developed blood clots in his leg. We Took him back to the original surgeon after no help from graf. Scheduled a cat scan... (Aug 2021) Screws are falling out.. original surgeon still can't help. We eventually went to CHOP after EVERY pediatric specialist refused to help because it is out of their area of expertise or they didn't have the confidence to help (their words). Best choice I made was going to CHOP. After our horrible experiences with Cooper and their health associates, We will be staying far away from Cooper and all of their associates
