I worked with Ernst and my experience buying a used car with him was 5 stars! He was so kind, patient and willing to make sure I went home happy with my purchase. I am not in the local area, so I initially called in about a car I saw online to negotiate the sale over the phone. Ernst picked up my call and was willing to work out the sale over the phone so my drive to RVC would be to buy the car and not just check it out. I did end up buying the car and I am so happy with it! When I went to the dealership to finalize the sale, there was some confusion with the phone-negotiated price but John, the manager, was so willing to make things right and accommodate the deal we worked out over the phone. John was amazing to work with, too! I would come back to this dealership again in the future and would recommend it to anyone who is in need of a new or used car.
My only negative with my experience was with the quality of the detailing of the car. I don’t know if the cars getting detailed is done in-house or done by an outside company, but (1) they did not put the mats back in the car and I had to take a second trip back to Long Island to go pick them up and (2) they did not do a thorough job cleaning the used car I bought as there was food, baby toys, and other things all shoved in between the back seats that I had to clean out myself.
Regardless, the service is 10/10 and although I am not local, I would take the trip to Karp again and again for my used card needs. Thank you, Ernst and John!

He was professional, very knowledgeable, patient when I was indecisive, and made sure that this purchasing process happened for me. I bought a used Kia Sportage for my son. Ernst was our salesman. He really took the time to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. Karp had a big selection, so we test drove several cars and spent a lot of time trying to decide on which one. He was very patient, gave good advice and went that extra mile to work with us. The manager (I believe his name was John) was also very helpful and made us feel comfortable. Ismail the finance person spent the time needed to go over our warranty and finance options. Not a high pressure sales experience. I'm so glad because this was my son's first experience buying a car. He loves his car and we are very satisfied with our experience at Karp.
