Dr. Graf is the best! He is thorough and a conscientious listener. He is also an excellent time manager. Every patient is given the time needed without keeping other patients waiting. This is just one way in which he treats his patients with respect.

Dr. Graf is good at asking questions. I was taken by surprise by his asking about me and my health and my family history. I am used to doctors just hearing me, cutting me off, giving a cold shoulder and off their way to play golf or whatever rich doctors do. But Dr. Graf had me going down memory lane and I felt bad I didn't do my summary at home. 😉

But seriously, a tip of advice for anyone who sees any doctor, show up with a brief history of medical conditions or allergies et cetera to help him know who you are and help you.

Aside from that, Dr. Graf is friendly, honest, and made me feel like he listened and open to what I have to say.

I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Graf as a PCP because of the positive reviews and that he is a Cardiologist.

Another tip: the office is in the door to the left of the awning of the main apartment entrance.

I have to schedule a meeting with Quest Diagnostics for blood and urine samples (standard routines with yearly physicals) because there is not a lab inside. I recommend checking with your insurance to see if it covers outside labs.

I signed up for Dr. Jeffrey Graf's Concierge Program and was charged a $2,500 membership fee, which might have been fair, however, Dr. Graf is a mediocre cardiologist at best. I saw him once for an office visit which lasted approximately 45-50 minutes. No tests were performed and the doctor showed little interest in my case. I was billed $41.68 and Medicare was billed $450, aside from the $2,500 membership fee. Several months later, I canceled my membership. At that point, I was informed that I would be charged an additional $200 administrative fee, plus a 30-day early termination fee, which came to another $208. Last December when I canceled, I was told I would receive a $1,300 refund, which I still have not received. Beware of Dr.Jeffrey Graf and his Castle Connelly Private Health Partners. I think it is extremely unfair that I saw the doctor one time, was dissatisfied with his service and was billed almost $3,000.

He is highly attentive, patient, and truly has your best interest in mind; coupled with his impressive credentials, I could not have asked for a better doctor. He's customized a treatment plan specific to my unique situation; not only that, he's made a personal phone call the very next day to ensure I actually follow the plan. The office itself runs seamlessly - from appointments to execution - no wait times, impeccably clean, very well organized.

The medical staff are highly skilled, and worth their own mention. Irina, who took my blood sample, has not left any sign of puncturing, not even a slight discoloration - very uncommon. Marina executed the scan perfectly.

Overall, a pleasant, flawless, personalized and effective experience. I highly recommend Dr. Graf and his office to anyone seeking cardiology-related treatments.

Dr. Graf is highly competent, very caring, and efficient. I especially recommend his very reasonably priced "concierge" service. Dr. G. never rushes you; he takes all the time he needs to be fully responsive. He also gets back very quickly w/ test results. I recommend him w/o reservation.
