Unorganized and uncaring. Showed up for my follow up appointment today and the receptionist/MA could not find my previous paperwork/chart. She shrugged her shoulders and handed me a clipboard to redo everything. No way! I’ll find a practice that has its act together.

Got my FAA First Class medical very quick. Doc Graff is very nice and the staffs also very friendly and helpful. Only took me 1 hour to get it.

Have been going to this doctor for years until now. The fact is I have been going here due to the ease of getting an appointment. But I will never return again! The doctors you see now spend little time with you if any and after just a few minutes seem to prescribe meds to fix every problem. But, that is not the worst.. The bookkeeping is a problem waiting to happen. In my case for almost a year they were submitting my bills to the WRONG insurance company and when they finally refused them they billed me as if I had NO insurance at all. I supplied the proper information to them again and my insurance refused it due to the delay in time. SO, this doctor billed me directly for all the charges and while in talks with them. They sent the bills to my credit report as "COULD NOT COLLECT" .. BEWARE OF THIS OFFICE!!! Find someplace else. In closing DR graff is a nice guy its the people surrounding him that are VERY BAD..

PILOTS: The office manager was extremely rude. I’m having to do some extra paperwork for a minor medical condition. When I asked to speak to the AME directly she assured me she deals with the FAA. Won’t be going back here anymore. Dr. Graff was great last year but that office manager has got to go.

Dr. Graff is a very nice doctor, however, his office manager is absolutely the worst person. She THINKS she is God and ruler of everything and you better do what she says or you will be banned from the office. I waited over an hour and wanted to know what the problem was and she said to sit down and shut up and just wait. I was very upset and then she said well if you can't wait a couple of hours for the doctor then get out of here.
I was banned from the medical office just because I questioned the time I was waiting. THIS OFFICE MANAGER NEEDS TO BE FIRED - If I could post a minus I would. Beware of this medical practice -

My husband and I have been coming to Dr. Graff for about 22 years . This office was the BEST service ever . But now sense he sold it the office staff is rude and service is horrible . They charge me twice for blood work $167.00 . I am still tying solve this issue for almost 6 months . Staff is very unprofessional no office manors at all . Its very sad. that for a doctors office its all about the money no concerns about your health .

So hard to get an appointment when you are sick. Never have same day appointments and push everyone that is sick to go to urgent care and spend more $$$.....Drs are nice but staff is rude and unwilling to offer clear resolutions to patients. My husband is never going back bc they never can see him when he is sick and needs to see a dr. only time they are available is for a pre scheduled appointment at least a week in advanced. Mb they should get more Drs or stop accepting patients if you can not service anyone when they are sick and need to see a DR.

Dr. Graff been my MD a long time.....we both from Philly so we get along super duper. I like his staff......and when he's out playing golf, Dr Medina or Jessica fill in nicely.
