I called this morning at 11:40am and they got me an appointment for today at 2:15pm because my cat had an swollen bump on her face that had popped and was bleeding. My appointment was at 2:15pm and I didn't get into a room until 3pm. The tech weighed her and came in to ask a couple questions. I then waited another 40 minutes until the doctor came in and checked her out. He said it was an infected scratch and gave me options for medications. He noticed my cross necklace and said he is also a Christian. While the wait was extremely long and I was feeling impatient, the staff seemed knowledgeable and nice. I do wish the wait was shorter because I am just now leaving at 4pm.

We have used this vet for routine vaccination. This morning we woke up yo find out Old English Bulldog has passed away. My husband took him in to their office to be cremated. He was greeting with kindness and compassion. From the moment he was directed to a designated spot to park so he didn't have to carry our boy across the parking lot, to being given as much time as needed to say goodbye. I couldn't bring myself to go, but from the receptionist to the vet tech, I know our boy will be taken care of. Thank you for all the care our boy deserves.

First time coming here and did not appreciate the visit. The vet didn’t introduce herself and if she did, I didn’t hear it at all. The first time she comes into the room, she immediately starts to talk to me regarding a disease and again, I didn’t hear her introduce herself if she did. They did not examine my dog in my presence, they did not give her shots in my presence and they just came in when asking if I want to do a test or shot or estimates for whatever test or shot. I did not like this visit at all. All other vets have done things in my presence and actually explained things without feeling rushed. Or try to connect to both owner and pet. Soon after getting home, I called the office to request the records and cancel future appointments that they already scheduled for my dog. I’m trying to find a good appointment for my dog and elder cat and this was just not it. I couldn’t see myself be a long term patient after that visit.

I used to use Dr.Graf years ago. I went back to him today because I have an elderly dog that's having nasal discharge. I have spent 2 months and 2,000 dollars at 3 other vets trying to figure out what's wrong. Dr. Graf already has an idea and will do head x-rays to verify....I have tried to get head x-rays from the other vets but they absolutely wouldn't do it and took images of every single other part of his body. I am so glad I went back to Dr.Graf and I feel confident that he will figure out and help, if possible, my sweet Remington. Don't bother wasting your time or money anywhere else.

Very happy with Dr. Graf and his dedicated team. My dog and I always feel like we are treated like VIPs, even though this vet practice can be very busy. The level of empathy is outstanding. Bring your dogs and cats here.

We have been bringing our dogs here for 6 years .. they are always so accommodating..and the doc took time from his day to be so kinda and chat with me about politics last time I went there to grab my dogs medicine (thank goodness we had the same view point ,otherwise, awkward) lol very helpful people , and there fees are at a good rate and flexible ... highly recommend

Took my 4 dogs here. Our oldest dog an almost 12 year old lab was having joint pain. We asked the vet if we could try the lberela injection for her arthritis. His response was “ well she has already lived past the average life of a lab. It’s probably time to just let her go”. He then started comparing my lab to his “ senile” lab. My dog is full of life and energy. She is still a puppy at heart. We were furious from this response so we took her to a vet that said they would try the injection. My 12 year old lab is like a puppy again. she runs around and plays with her brothers. She goes off leash on walks and can fetch again.

The vet also did not recommend senior labs, and did not conduct a heart worm test prior to prescribing us heart worm medication.

The vet cared more about my wife and my job than the dogs. Do not recommend this vet at less you want a lazy person who cares more about money than taking care of your pet.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Amy Sanders and the team at Fountain Creek Veterinary Clinic. When my step-daughter Abbie's beloved King Cavalier, Caroline, had a health scare, Dr. Sanders and her staff were absolute angels.

Caroline had experienced a frightening episode overnight, and Abbie was understandably distraught when she contacted us. Dr. Sanders was not only incredibly friendly and compassionate but also highly professional. She took the time to thoroughly explain everything she was doing for Caroline, which immediately put Abbie at ease.

It turned out that Caroline had suffered from a stroke likely due to an infection from a tick bite that had gone unnoticed. Dr. Sanders quickly identified the issue and provided Caroline with the necessary treatment. The relief in Abbie's voice after speaking with Dr. Sanders and the staff was palpable.

Despite being in Texas while this unfolded in Colorado, We felt reassured knowing Caroline was in such capable hands. Thanks to Dr. Sanders' expertise and the attentive care from the clinic staff, Caroline is now home and recovering well with her family.

I highly recommend Fountain Creek Veterinary Clinic to anyone in the Fountain, Colorado area looking for exceptional veterinary care. Dr. Sanders and her team go above and beyond, treating your pets with the same love and care as if they were their own.
