Did not receive all of the basketball digital tickets I purchased so I emailed them asking why I only received one of the four games purchased. Within five minutes of my email, I received a reply with links for the remainder of the games. Their service was very prompt, especially since it was 6pm PST and got the tickets to me within a few minutes.

Great service and very responsive to my request. Excellent customer service.

Incredible staff. We recieved a voucher for a sens game and we slept on the registration dates. I emailed to see if they could help me out. I assumed they would say no, you didn't read the print at the bottom and have a nice day. To my surprise they quickly re-opened the registration for us to redeem the voucher days after the period closed. Very pleased with the service provided. Thank you!

I bought tickets early in the morning and they released more seats later in the day for the same price. The new seats were better than the ones I purchased. I was a little upset they released better seats hours after I bought mine. However, Zach Koncek from customer service was able to exchange my seats for the better ones without any additional cost! I appreciate the customer support and their quick response. I will be using FEVO more after this since their customer service email is reliable and quick.

I had accidentally purchased two tickets for a hockey game (don't ask) and freaked out because I was out $300! I emailed the Fevo customer support and got a reply within 3 hours and worked with Zach of Fevo's customer support to get my refund. Within two days of first contacting their customer support, I was able to get confirmation that my refund was accepted and my refund request was handled by Zach alone and not bounced around to different representatives. Overall, a very professional and positive experience.

Customer service was excellent! I purchased tickets and forgot to apply a discount code. I reached out to FEVO customer support for assistance but I assumed it was a long shot to get any sort of help. However, I got an email later the same day and they resolved the issue within 24 hours and I received a refund.
