The worst experience so far. I was trying to get my daughter’s prescription filled. I went there and asked if I can email them the prescription. The reception claims to not have access to the email and I need to have them fax it. When I called the doctor office to get the other place to fax over the prescription. They said they needed a release form to send it. The receptionist said they do not have that, and argued with me saying the other doctors office needs to fill out the release not us. Fast forward to today, I printed the prescription and was waiting in line. Nobody acknowledged me, and the receptionists finally looked up and said to sign in. The lady behind me signed in before I did, and now I am sitting here 25 minutes later, even though I was next in line. I would not recommend this place and the only reason I am still sitting here, is because the only other optometry place that takes my daughter’s insurance is in Murrieta.
Update: Nice try and trying to hide behind “appointments.” The customer service sucked and I was there the day before. Had someone took the common courtesy to welcome me and explain that they serve appointments first and will get to me when they can, that would went a longer way then having me sit in the waiting room for 45 minutes total watching all the people who came after me get helped. Or perhaps if the receptionist would have mentioned this appt policy when I was there yesterday, I would have gladly made one and saved myself 45 minutes. The customer service is bad and I would never recommend this place. After today, I would be happy to drive to Murrieta. For clarification, I was not there for an eye doctor appointment, I was merely trying to fill a prescription. Apparently you need an appointment to see the receptionist here also!

Great experience!! Was able to get an appointment the same day. Everyone was super friendly, from the receptionist, to the person that did my test to the doctor! I'm pleasantly surprised of how good of a job everyone did. Gave me excellent advice how to resolve my issue. Very pleased with my visit!! Would highly recommend!!

Friendly and welcoming.
Chris helped me with my eye exam had been a few years since I had my eyes checked.
Found the comfort with the new technology in which the eye exams are done now.
Left happy with the choice of glasses I purchased. Service was very professional and courteous.

You need an appointment to come here. The optometrist was very nice but the reception person was not helpful at all for anything neither to get glasses or anything was very rude . Also came 3x to pick up my sons glasses and the first 2 times no one was here and today have been here since 248pm int now 3:15pm and still no one to help me with my sons glasses, just came to Pick up. Also they don't have a nice variety and it takes 3 months to get your glasses. Would not recommend at all. Very disappointed

The knowledge and smooth transition of services make for a timely and very efficient process of choosing frames and also making the exam itself not so routine and rehearse. Even if nothing has changed over time or if even a fraction of your test was different it was addressed in a way that left no wonder to the issue or concern and prompt response and followup could and would be in motion for you to get solutions to them.

I recommend your office to others and love the staff and the overall customer experience you guys provide. Kudos to professionalism and fun at the same time.

There are no descriptive words to tell U how satisfying visit l had.
The Gentleman was/is very knowledgeable and a fine person who knows how to treat a person/customer, the same goes for the Dr. Who graduated the lenses to the new lenses over Direct Vision.
Am impressed am going to pass the word....better couldn't Be.
