E World is the best electronics/computer store out there! I always have the best experience thanks to their amazing staff and excellent customer service. If I ever need anything, the owner is always there to address any issues. Mohammad Hilala, the owner, is fantastic and always takes care of any problems that might arise. Have had nothing but bad experiences purchasing from e world never had complain about it and I've always come back, why? I don't know. I have bought 5 e-bikes full retail price these bikes all had little issues never complain about it because I could fix it so I didn't make a big deal but this time I think it was too much my LED headlight button had a short and started to smoke set right back this happened about a week later than I had originally purchased barely had used it it was brand new maybe 5 to 6 mi run everything was still new when I came back to pick it up cuz it was supposed to be done the guy said they swap the frame which is BS because they not only swap that but they also stopped my tires didn't realize until I had a flat my tires were completely worn out I don't know how I didn't check when I picked up the bike I'm not even going to go complain about it anymore I just won't come back at all I do not recommend this place to my worst enemies not too mentioned the worst service looks like their mechanics are not even certified for this type of job and looks like they learn how to make business on the streets this is not the kind of service you provide to a customer when they pay full price I will never come back not even to complain about it

Well I'm really not going to get into full details on this one alli can say that the mechanics really don't know what they're doing when I first bought the bike it had the blinkers on backwards and didn't think much of it until the button start to smoke. Took it back for repair and the owner was trying to blame me for it when I had barely even used it strongly do not recommend this place

Bad experience in e-bike repair
I think lacking experience in handling business is ok if you are confident however doing e-bike business needs expertise not guessing.
I bought an e-bike from the company and came with a defect where I was asked to send to this shop. I did… then what? They installed a part wrongly and argued back that they did it right. I’ve to visit the shop twice wasting my working days to just convince the technician that what he is doing is wrong. Also the manager start defending in unprofessional way.
Absolutely, suck
Not recommended at all without respecting customers.
