I've been ordering for over a year now and order every 2 to 3 weeks. Shipping has always been super quick on their part and as long as USPS has no problems my items generally arrive in 2 to 3 days after ordering. I have had only one problem and that was my last order. It was partially refunded due to product out of stock. I was a little disappointed that when I reached out via email they had not responded. It doesn't deter me to keep ordering I just hope that if the item I'm wanting is out of stock that it reflects it online. Overall I am very happy and have no reason not to continue to shop here.

Buyer Beware with this company!!!
First when I placed my order (thank goodness I took a screenshot) I was never emailed an order confirmation and was never emailed a shipping confirmation.
My order DID arrive eventually yet it was missing one of the bottles I purchased and paid for. Luckily since I had a screenshot at least for proof (I thought) I emailed them and got no response. I called their number, nobody answers and mailbox is full. I have since emailed/called multiple times and have gotten no response/answer. So essentially they stole my money

This used to be a great company to order from. I have been using them for almost a year with zero issues ever. I always got my product within 5 days. However this last order of 3 juice bottles and a box of coils I had missing items. The juice came in on time but the packing slip showed they shipped the entire order complete, however the coils were missing. Not a big deal I figured I would just email. I sent multiple emails and tried calling many times. The phone goes to a full voicemail and no one responds to emails. Over $15 is annoying but be willing to work with them. Now I see this has been happening to many customers according to the reviews. It is a shame because before this incident I would have probably given them 5 stars for service and cost. Now I will no longer order from them and decided to leave a review to hopefully protect others from making the same mistake. I gave them 2 stars because I did receive the juice and the past was a good experience. If they are willing to correct the error and explain the ghosting then I would be willing to revise the review but I do not plan on using them again.

I'll give three stars, because before my latest episode the service was stellar. I'm going to assume if you place an order and they don't process it immediately and debit you they don't have the item in stock but they can process a debit card transaction. From what I know, if you use a Credit card I don't believe the card company will let them get the payment until they ship the product. I like everyone was given a shipping date, it passed. I emailed them they responded with a new date. That date passed. Now in this situation you can now go by FTC guidelines and ask for an immediate refund. That's the law. I notified them about it my debit card was refunded immediately. I've taken my business elsewhere. Thanks for the good service while it lasted and the immediate customer service on the refund. For those in e-commerce you'll get a better response mentioning the FTC over the BBB.

I was a little leary when I read previous reviews. But everything went great! Received exactly what I ordered. It did take a week to ship out but so do other places I've ordered from that didn't have what I want. It's an easy format and great prices. Thanks ejuice vapor!

Have ordered and been happy several times in the past. The last order, they shorted me 3 bottles of juice. I emailed three times and tried calling. No one responds. Will not order again.

I have placed an order on the website for juice. Not even a day later the owner had texted me to let me know that one of the juices I had ordered was recently out of stock. Not only did he Exchange the juice for the more expensive juice, he also gave me another juice I wanted for free and did priority shipping! I am beyond thrilled with this company and definitely will be ordering again soon!

Am the lucky one !!!! May be !!! My order arrived in 3 days! Prices are really good , the mystery bag haven’t try them yet but looks a good deal !
I read few of those negative reviews here and I was not sure about some people complaining about !? So I gave them I try and they were on it ! My only thing is shipping is higher than any other place on the west coast ! I called them ! No answer no msg to leave ! But it’s fine they replied by email ,
