This company allowed a chargeback to go through on my account without hearing from me first, they kept a days takings from my business and took it as a chargeback meaning my money was never lodged into my account. I have contacted them asking to show me the original chargeback from the bank and they just keep saying they havent received the full details yet but yet they took my money from me without showing me any proof and expect me just to take their word for it. They told me to contact the customer directly to see if they will revert the chargeback and now I mysteriously can't get through to the customer. I have had 2 previous merchants since I started my business and never had any issues or heard of a chargeback until I swapped to this company.
