DISHONEST AND UNRELIABLE! DO NOT USE.

We have worked with Candee and her firm for about a year now and unfortunately, a few things always seemed to remain constant while working with them- 1. They would never follow through on promises made, 2. They always ended up billing us more than what she initially quoted us for her services for one reason or another, 3. Candee was rarely in the office or available, and never got back to us when we left messages with her staff requesting her help. We tried so hard to be patient with them but to put it simply, it didn't seem like they cared about our business needs and just wanted to do the absolute bare minimum so they could keep charging us their monthly service fee. To this day our books and taxes from 2016 are still not done and in order like she promised us almost a year ago. In summary, if you are a small business owner that's looking for someone you can count on to help you keep your books and don't want to pay for poor service, then I would just keep looking and avoid this place like the plague.

I called twice as a NEW customer. When I click on extension for new customer, NOTHING. I called back again, this time I figured click on EXISTING Customers and still goes to NOTHING. Another NON responsive accounting place. It is the reason I am looking for another one because we are so tired of our current NON responsive accountant. We need bookkeeping done.
