Edwin who has 23 years of experience did a FANTASTIC JOB of pulling a BMW Convertible up a steep mountain slope in Crestline, California. This was NOT a “typical job” but a very difficult one which required A Lot of Experience & Expertise! There was a huge stump in the way which had to be removed in order to get that BMW Convertible onto his truck! I never saw anyone work so hard in my life! He knew exactly what to do & was successful in achieving it. Has a great attitude, a great work ethic & I would high recommend him & this company!

Was just on the 215 fwy merging onto the 210 fwy(near waterman exit in san bernardino), when the tow truck next to me decides he forgot how to maintain lanes, almost pushing me into the fwy barrier!. Called the number on the back of the truck expecting to get in contact with dispatch but instead I get in contact with the driver who almost hit me, who then proceeded to answer my call pick his phone up while i’m behind him and apply his brakes without anyone in front of him. TBH I feel he was either inebriated or tired which still doesn’t excuse this circumstance. If this is the type of drivers this company employs who would trust them with their vehicles.

P.S. I also observed said tow driver going over multiple lanes on the 215, causing other drivers to either move or slow down.

Wouldn't recommend took forever to get them to get pick up the truck and got a call from the owner or manager yelling at me that I couldn't record cause the workers were uncomfortable but I was far away didn't even talk to them at any point. It is a public place and they were trying to break the bumper but were damaging the vehicle even more! So I was doing it just in case for insurance idk how they work. But would not really recommend.
