Had the best time on my birthday! I booked in for the head spa and deep tissue massage. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The spa looked amazing and the treatments were amazing. I would especially recommend the head spa, my hair has never looked so shiny and felt so fresh. The therapist I had was so lovely and very thorough too! Would definitely be back for more treatments ?

A very good place to go for a refreshing massage in holborn! I had the best aromatherapy hot stone massage ever! I felt incredibly tired after work, so I went to E Life Health Center. The therapists were perfect with the pressure, and the stones were at the ideal temperature. After the session, I felt so relaxed and light, as if a weight had been lifted off my entire body and every joint. The staff was nice, and the place was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

I went for a head spa. Service was brilliant. I probably wouldn't do another head spa given my short hair (a head shoulder neck massage would be better for me) but my wife liked it.

Great head spa and super relaxing atmosphere. I went for the full head spa, with a had, neck and shoulders massage, hair washing, waterfall head treatment and blow drying hair after. for £80 and an hour long service, I think it's well worth it.

I really loved my head spa experience, it was relaxing and unique and my scalp was feeling the cleanest it has ever been. Neck and shoulder massage was great and everything was done at the level of pressure I requested. The towel dry and hair brushing in the end was a bit rough for my bleached hair, I recommend bringing your own leave in or detangling spray for those with damaged hair since that’s not included.
