I found out I had gallstones and was referred by a friend to Dr. Dudziak. She loves taking gallbladders out! The whole process was great! The office is very clean and welcoming. The rooms even have zen music playing. I had my surgery last week and felt very comfortable with the whole team. It was my first surgery and they made sure to let me know each step and everything! I even received a follow call the next day to see how I was doing!

Dr. Dudziak can be friendly, depending on the day. Stephanie is passive-aggressive. When requesting documents there is a problem. I wish I could post the document that was filled out incorrectly. The form did not have a return to work-date, but Stephanie stated I was to return to work the day she filled out the form.

I had hernia surgery with Dr. Dudziak which didn’t work. Before my follow up appointment I specifically asked if there’s a copay. I would not have gone if there was. I was told there was no copay for a follow up. I went, was not charged in the office (which they normally do if there’s an copay due) and 2 weeks later received a bill. I called and explained that I was told there was no copay. Jessica, the office manager told me she had made a mistake and misinformed me and I owed the $50. I explained it wasn’t fair for me to pay for their mistake. They are unwilling to budge, and want to send me to collections. Very unprofessional. Terrible patient service! I will not be back.

Dr. Donna Dudziak and the staff were great from the moment I stepped foot in the door. The chairs in the waiting room are extremely comfortable and I wanted to sit there all day. The doctor was very friendly with a cheerful voice. The staff was polite throughout the entire course. They took care off paperwork in a timely fashion. Dr. Dudziak answered all my questions, explained my surgery to me and even called the specialist that referred me to her to compare notes and between the two came up with the best way to take care of me. I was impressed and knew right then I was in good hands. I am a business owner and I know what professional is and Dr. Donna Dudziak and staff are amazing that’s why I wanted to share my personal experience.
