I am beyond pleased with the quality of the aluminum blanks and the shipping is perfect, especially being close by in Florida. Great customer service as I forgot to add something to my order, they added the extra items to my original order without a whole extra shipping cost. I will be ordering from them as long as I can. I only hope they don't run out of stuff if everyone finds them too..

Wonderful company to do business with. We have been doing business with them since 2008. Always great service and fast shipping . They go the extra mile. Great customer service. Unfortunately for me I waited too long to reach out to customer service about my issues with the last order I placed. I don't always open my packages immediately, however when I opened this last order, about half of the aluminum sheets were garbage. Robyn was useless as well to find a solution to help me. Told me they can't help me out because too much time had passed. It's a hit or miss with this company so I've decided to take my business elsewhere. THERE IS NO QUALITY CONTROL at this company so much luck to anyone who orders here.

Terrible customer service. If you want to be talked to like your ignorant then by all means do business with this company. I contacted John after the sublimation signs I purchased wasn’t absorbing the dye. Instead of offering to replace the damaged signs he proceeds to tell me it is my fault, and that my heat press is the problem. I press a lot of different materials and have never had a problem. He will talk down to you, very disrespectful, and rude! If I ever get these signs done, I’ll never do business with this company again.
