Been my family dentist for years now. Unfortunately I now have new dental insurance which isn’t covered by Dr Cacho, so i went to an in network dentist for a check up. Was told i had 2 cavities, needed a crown & a deep cleaning ($450+ for the cleaning alone). I decided to pay out of pocket to get a second opinion from Dr Cacho & walked away with just one his aggressive but pain free cleanings! couldn’t recommend him enough. informative, experienced, soft touch, & someone you can TRUST. staff is super sweet & efficient as well!

Just called right now to ask about a procedure and the turn around time. The woman that picked up the phone told me she didn’t know what the turn around time would be and it would depend on what the doctor said and “what’s going on in the area…”

I asked if there was a way she could find out and she said it would be up to the doctor to decide. I then proceeded to explain that I was searching for different options because I was not happy with the current dentist I saw but if she couldn’t help me figure anything out, I would look elsewhere. Her immediate response was “ok have a great day…”

Terrible. 1 star for my fist interaction is generous.

Dr Cacho had been the best dentist experience I have ever had! He truly cares about his clients and the staff have been amazing and friendly!! Had always helped me out on certain emergency and couldn't ask for more! Highly recommended!

Patient for Over 10 years! I have been super scared of dentists since i was little. Dr. Cacho and his staff has the knack to make you feel welcome and at ease! Dr Cacho takes extra time to explain everything before, during and after the entire procedure. Very, very professional and deserves a 10-star rating or higher in my book.

Dr. Cacho is amazing! He explained things very well and listened to my concerns. Ambie the assistant is amazing too! The chair is also comfortable and didn't hurt my neck at all! No syringes when they give you numbing agent so it's a plus!! Park on Sumac street since parking might be tight?

Best dental experience ever!! Dr Gil provided a great intro video and then explained everything is the greatest detail. Reasonably priced, and he made sure I was happy with the work. I recommend this office 10x over.
