Before purchasing my e-bike, I visited every e-bike retail store on the southeast Honolulu town area. I ‘rode’ away after a one-stop shop including everything I needed (bike/helmet/lock/surfboard rack/& baggage accessory). Henry is the most helpful e-bikes salesman I have come across. He stayed a half-hour past his closing time to help install my surfboard rack and make sure I was safely off…then it was eventually stolen but sh*t happens & lock it up to something sturdy! Still highly recommend

The bike was shipped right away from Yamaha California to Henry's store (Aloha E-Bikes in Honolulu). Then right away Henry assembled my e-bike and shipped it to me on Maui. In addition, Henry followed up on some very helpful tips regarding operation on bike and even filled out my 5 Year Yamaha Warranty Card.
I don't think you will find anyone in Hawaii providing service like Henry at Aloha E-Bikes

My wife, Lorraine, and I live on Molokai which has some of the highest gas prices in the country. At one point, regular gas was selling for $5.67 per gallon. Yikes!

I called Aloha E-bike in Honolulu and spoke with Henry and ordered a MLYB electric scooter sight unseen. I trusted that Henry would do right by me and he most certainly did. Henry packaged the scooter, shipped it over on Young Brothers and it arrived in perfect condition. I have never received better customer service from any business and we could not be happier.
