Couldn't recommend A & E Garage services enough. The customer service is brilliant from start to finish with great communication maintained at all times. The team worked with me so that I was able to book my car in for a service at a time and day most convenient for me. I was kept well informed during the process and they took the time to explain it clearly to me and answer any questions I had. The team were more than happy to do the work my car required promptly and efficiently without a fuss! I was also offered pick up and delivery service and courtesy cars were also available. Overall it was a smooth process and the team really made me feel like they would do anything they could to help me. I notice such a difference in the running of my car. I will definelty continue to use their fantastic services!

Avoid at all costs. I was looking to buy a car from this dealer this week. After three attempts to contact them, they got back to me to say that the car was available and asked for £250.00 to reserve it for a viewing. I declined this offer and viewed the car, travelling almost 100 miles to do so. There was a very unhappy atmosphere about the place and I noticed the chief mechanic was quite nippy with the owner. After failing to agree a fair price for my own car as a trade in, I arranged to sell it and contacted the dealership two days later to arrange to purchase the car I was interested in. I agreed to pay full price in cash for the car. To my surprise I was then given a very hard sell on the dealer warranty. Given I live almost 100 miles from the dealer and it was going to cost between £300 and £500 on top of the full cash price paid for the car I said no thanks. At this point the owner refused to sell the car unless I bought his warranty. This was a total waste of my time. Deeply frustrating and left me very angry. Do yourself a massive favour and buy anywhere else.

Dealt with this Garage a number of times (Douglas in particular) and the service has been brilliant, from diagnosis to repairs they are extremely helpful and give honest advice.

Car is always returned as it went in as well.

Attended for timing belt and water pump replacement at short notice. Very helpful and professional staff and garage. Final bill was much less than expected too. Will use A&E for all car maintenance now. Thanks!

Absolutely amazing service and couldn’t recommend enough. Needed MOT at last minute and they got me in no bother, communication was superb also. Really nice and reliable service. Definitely use again.

Very quick and professional service. Managed to diagnose and fix an issue with my car that 3 previous garages could not. Also gave me a courtesy car while mine was in the garage so I wouldn't be left without. 5 star service and will be going back for any future needs.

Had my car in a couple times recently for a service, MOT etc. and I’ve had no issue with the garage. The staff on reception have always been easy to speak to and explained to me any problems with my car in an easy way to understand. Can’t recommend enough!
