Immediately after repair was finished, the same error code popped up. They lied to appliance manufacturer, saying they tested the appliance before leaving, saying it was working properly. They never tested the appliance. They are extremely hard to get on the phone. Once you finally reach them, they are extremely rude!Constantly canceling appointments. One repair man even caused further damage to my appliance. Easily the worst repair company I've ever worked with.

If I could give A&E appliance *10 Stars* I would. Here is my situation. I'm a real customer, not paid reviewer.

My Frigidaire refrigerator was dead after 6 months old therefore I had to contact the manufacturer and got sent to A&E.
Their office staff contacted me right away and set up and appointment. A REAL PERSON CALLED and TALKED to me, r you kidding?
The technician showed up on time and called a head. His name is Kyle. After evaluated the fridge, he ordered parts and even expedited them because he saw that we have a baby and needed the fridge asap. One week later, the office staff CALLED me again and let me know the parts are here and set up an appointment so fast. I"M SUPPER HAPPY. Kyle came out again and installed them right away.
Well, more problem, one of the plug shorten out and the fridge still didn't work properly. I waited over the weekends and called them first thing on Monday morning. The office staff asked if I were available TODAY ASAP so she would send the technician out ASAP. I'm speechless!! 10 minutes later, Chris showed up and fixed the plug and we can tell the fridge sending out cool air again.

I know it's Frigidaire problem but A&E appliance team and their customer services worth 10 stars. Thank you A&E team for your professionalism and friendliness.

The techicians who came out to diagnose and repair my GE washer were on time or early. They always notified me that they were on there way. They were knowledgeable in Diagnosing the problem and ordered the parts that was need. It did require three different visits, but the problem is fixed.
I would advise that the customer should call to make the follow up appointment.
I would have given a 5 star, but the person who calls to make a follow-up appointment, never called. I had to call. I waited almost 3 weeks and then called and made an appointment for the following week. When the part was replaced, it was then diagnosed that there was another problem. So, they had to order another part. Learning from last time, I called to schedule a follow-up. She then told me that three parts were ordered instead of one and would be in within the week. So, we scheduled for the soonest time after the last part was expected to arrive. The Tech showed up early and fixed my washer.

I rarely leave reviews except for exceptional service. Was surprised at the earlier reviews. They called right away after I called GE. They got us in pretty quickly. The tech, Kyle, was so happy and pleasant. He truly brightened my day. Fixed the problem fast and it was honestly the easiest part of my day. Thank you so much.

My Kitchen Aid stove was bought at Home Deport and I paid for the extended warranty. Now I needed my stove repaired and it’s been 2 months. Tech came out twice and said the warranty company sent the incorrect parts on my two scheduled appointments. I need have to call A&E to check what’s going on with my warranty service, caus they won’t call you back unless you call them. (Poor Service)
Currently my problem with the stove isn’t resolved yet.
Note, this is the first time I purchase appliances from Home Depot and I think they have a bad warranty company.. you may want to ask Hime Depot using A&E appliances.
I never had any issues when I purchase appliances from Sears.

Ray came by to install a replacement part for my defective ice maker in my GE Profile refrigerator. He was prompt, courteous and very efficient. He also answered some questions I had about another appliance that was very helpful. I would highly recommend Ray at A & E Appliance. Doug in Ewa Beach

Shoots, all I can say is that these guys need to take a lesson on customer service or showing up. The failed to call to cancel the 3 appointments they had for me and have been waiting almost a month.. took days off work so me here and never showed up. Will never recommend and will send all the people I know to their competitors. that's probably fine with them as they must be so busy. and when I finally got a call, they basically told me sorry, go pound sand.

Rescheduled 1x which was out of techicians control. Sheldon came looked at the machine, place order for defective part, stated would be 10-14 days for part to come in. Following day Sandra called to confirmed part was avail & scheduled the following day for techician to repair machine.. Thank you Sheldon, husband said tell Sheldon good job done!!
