I recently contacted this company to recycle a number of items I had piled up over the years. several desktop computers, monitors and printers. The contact agent on the phone was very helpful, called after I left a voicemail on a weekend, she answered all my questions and said I qualify for free pick up which then she schedule for me later in the week. A few days later I received an email from them confirming the pick up day and my contact information. The day of the pick up the driver and the assistant guy where very nice. Met me outside of my place, came and loaded all the items I had ready for them into a big crate, fast and efficiently and with in 5 minutes they where done. Minor paperwork to fill out at the end and that was all. Very good service, very good experience and very good quality employees attending the customers

I've dropped off electronics from my small business on multiple occasions at All Green recycling events in my area and have had very pleasant experiences each time. I've even had them do data destruction for me after I learned that the way they destroy the data is certified by the Department of Defense. I've recommended them to my friends and other businesses in the area and have never heard a complaint. I'd much rather support a business like this that I know is environmentally responsible and certified.

Simple, Convenient and Professional. I've dropped off old electronics with All Green many times and every experience has been amazing. Even though they are a huge recycling agency built to work with large companies, they are still kind and accommodating to the me, just a guy with a few old computers. Dropping off couldn't be easier, just show up, ring the bell, and they send someone out to take your items. I've used All Green in the past and as long as I live in the area, I won't use anyone else.

I love All Green Recycling's environmental pledge. That is why I decided to dispose of my electronic equipment with them. Using their web-cite I scheduled and payed for a pickup. They are suppose to notify you within 30 to 45 minutes before their arrival so when I received no Email or phone call I decided to call. They were apologetic and said they would contact me as soon as possible. Two days go by with not a single word so I decide to use their contact me form online. The next day still nothing so I give them another call and the customer representative is unable to find my previous attempts to have my equipment picked up. She is apologetic and says they will call me today. By now it's been 31 days since I made the payment and I can only hope they fallow through and pick up my old electronics. I would not use their Pickup services again I would rather take my electronics to a drop off location. LESSON LEARNED!

I've been going here for a couple of years now and the quality of service ranges from excellent to poor. Sometimes there will be someone waiting at the front desk for you, but the majority of the time will require you to ring a doorbell and wait for anywhere between 3 to 20 minutes for somebody to assist you. Currently I've been waiting for a phone call from them to see whether I would be able to dispose of an electronic device and was told I would get a call back from their supervisor. It's been a week now and I have not received a response back...Just to be sure that they didn't forget about me I called back and was told that the supervisor was still looking into it.

I used All Green to resale some extra old computers lying around my friend’s business and Daniel Motazedi helped me tremendously in getting all of my data removed from my hard drive and sending out a certificate to prove it was wiped! He went the extra mile making sure I got my consignment check quickly too (some good change $$) Thanks Daniel and thanks All Green for helping me out! You guys rock!

I went here for disposing my materials. They were easy to deal with and I didn't find anything wrong with them. However, I didn't have anything that needed to be secure and, unlike the other reviews, I'm not aware of their business practices.
