I can say that Urotuning always focus on excellent products, fast shipping and customer satisfaction. With this company they want your feedback to keep pushing for excellence and/or if you have any issues they will gladly resolve it immediately. I had a little pickup with the motor mounts but they resolved it immediately and I can't wait to post up the axle replacement and show the differences of the true meaning of you get for what you pay for( I bought a cheap axle that didn't last a month from another spot ) soooo I went to the real deal spot this time and always. Thanks Urotuning, i grew up in Tampa so i can't wait to head that way in March since I'm visiting my family that lives there still so the wife can't stop me from going there. Muahahahahahaaaa ?

Great team! Dustin in CS really helped me out when I ordered the wrong part. Thanks to his ingenuity and know-how we determined that my part was going to work due to vehicle similarities. The price was great across the majority of their parts and customer service is great; got a response in less than 24hrs and follow ups were back to back in minutes after initial response.

Cannot rave enough about Kelsey and her wonderful customer service. We received shirts where the colors were printed incorrectly and Kelsey was super fast to remedy the issue which required also waiting for new inventory. My go to shop For my 2016 GTI. I made an order last night and ordered Some ignition coils for the completely wrong car. Wasn’t even paying attention and didn’t notice till I checked out. Ordered a single mid pipe exhaust for my G80 M3. I paid extra for the OEM axle back Milltech exhaust waited over two weeks for them to send it out. They sent the wrong part did not fit my vehicle. My car is still stuck in the shop and no one will respond or get back to me about refunding my order. After doing some research found out they sent me the M2 exhaust instead.
