Dr. Graef is professional, knowledgeable and personable.
After two years of unsuccessful pain management with other Doctors, Dr Graef was able to treat my neck and cervical issues with Botox. My chronic problem is 80% better. I did have to wait a long time for my initial appointment, but it was worth it. My interactions with his staff have also been very pleasant.

Super bad experience. I waited for over two months for an appointment for my 90-year-old mother. I had given them all the information: insurance, address, history, etc., etc.
The day before the appointment they called me to confirm. I called them back that same day at 3:30 and was told the appointment had been unilaterally cancelled!!! The office manager refused to honor the appointment or reschedule us for that week. She said they have a lot of no-shows so they were justified in cancelling my appointment. When I had called them back SAME DAY!!!! My mother is 90. I am taking her in two weeks to Europe as her last trip. We needed to see the doctor beforehand. When my mother waits two months, that is a big chunk of the time she has left. Who do these people think they are, demi-gods? Their time is worth more than other people's because they have been fortunate enough to be able to get a good education? Absolutely SHAMEFUL. The office manager kept telling me that we could see a physician's assistant and it would be the same thing. WELL IF IT'S THE SAME THING, THEN GIVE ME THE DOCTOR. If it's the same thing, why does the doctor charge more? If it's the same thing, why does the doctor have to go to school longer and take a Board examination? Don't tell me the sky is black and expect me to accept that as a logical argument.

Absolutely disgusting behavior. And she did not even ATTEMPT to squeeze us in or offer another appointment the same week.

AND I CALLED BACK!!! AND WE WAITED 2 1/2 MONTHS! Their medical licenses should be revoked. All these people care about is money, not patients.

My husband visited Dr Graef for a 2nd opinion. He patiently listened to our reason for the visit. He reviewed the medical records we provided. Dr Graef did his physical exam then provided us with his recommendations for a treatment plan with the pro’s & con’s. He was very professional & patient as he answered our questions. We were so pleased with the care & attention he provided that we will be driving from North FL to continue my husbands care with him. Dr Graef’s staff were also professional & efficient.

From the moment Dr. Graef entered the room he was nasty as could be. He played the righteous doctor. He never wanted to hear anything that I had to say! He has no bedside manners. He is too full of himself! He told me that I should go see a headache specialist and that he will no longer be my doctor. Well, I don’t want him to be my doctor anymore and will never recommend him to my friends! He needs to get over himself!
