I had some difficulties getting my lenses to fit my existing frames. I finally worked with the awesome GM, Royal, and he was super helpful and gave me an excellent deal on new frames. We have been using My Eye Dr on Hampden in Aurora for many years and have always been pleased with the staff.

This is best eye doctor’s office I have gone to so far in Colorado. Nice people, great modern equipment, comfortable office, quick visits. They are looking out for what’s best for you and your eyes. Book ahead, they fill up fast because they’re so good.

Unethical and deceptive practices. Protect your time, money, and peace of mind by taking your business elsewhere.

In August 2024, my wife and I visited MyEyeDr for appointments, selected new frames, and paid our copays as usual. We specifically requested blue light lenses and repeatedly declined any additional upgrades during the checkout process. Despite this, two months later, we received bills totaling $126 for unauthorized lens additions we explicitly refused. These charges were not covered by insurance and were added to our bill without our consent.

I made multiple attempts to address the issue with the E Hampton Ave location, but despite repeated assurances that a manager would contact me, no one ever followed up. Instead, we were left with a choice: pay for something we didn’t authorize or face the threat of collections. To avoid the hassle of collections, I paid the fraudulent bill, but the experience left a lasting impression.

The issue isn’t the money or the care provided by the eye doctor—it’s the blatant disregard for transparency and trust. MyEyeDr’s practice of adding unauthorized charges after patient refusal is unacceptable and unethical. I will never return, and I strongly advise others to avoid this business. Trust and integrity matter, and you won’t find either here.

I've been a customer at this location for a few years and have always had a positive experience. Today I visited the office to return two pairs of glasses I had ordered due to some issues. I was nervous because I wasn't sure what to except. After explaining my concerns to the lady at the front desk, I asked for Jorge. Jorge took the time to listen carefully to my concerns and immediately came up with a solution. He handled the situation in a mature and professional manner and I was extremely pleased with the service I received. Thank you Jorge!!

I truly wish I could give this location 5 stars. I had nothing but an incredible experience with the technicians and doctor. I felt heard and truly cared for as a patient. I have nothing but great things to say about them. The reason for my low rating is due to the lack of communication and transparency when it comes to ordering eyeglasses through this location. I had my eye exam on June 28th and decided to order a new pair of glasses with my new prescription. The experience was great as I was sat down and walked through choosing the right eyeglasses for me. Everything was great up until it had been 3 weeks after I ordered them and had heard nothing about my order. I figured I’d call and check up and was told that my order was delayed but out for shipping so they should be here any day. Excited, I waited and realized a week later that I never received a notification to pick them up, so I decided to call again before driving there to pick them up. I was told this time that they were delayed and that it does not say why but that they would check with the manager (royal? I believe) and that he would give me a call. I waited another week and no call so I called again and was told AGAIN that the order was delayed and that the manager would call me. I asked the person I spoke to if he was really going to call as I was promised this once already and it never happened; after further investigation she mentioned that he attempted calling me and that I never answered, that was not true. So I figured this time around he would really attempt calling me, after all, I had been checking in once a week at this point. Unfortunately, a week later, no call. At this point I’d called 6 times in the span of 5.5 weeks and no answer besides the fact that they were delayed. After not receiving a call back, I drove out and requested a refund as it clearly seemed that I would never get an answer or my glasses. Thankfully a kind man there processed my refund.
Again- I have nothing but great things to say about the doctor and techs there and that is why I give more than 1 star. It is just super unfortunate that the manager and the team lack any communication. I would truly avoid purchasing any eyeglasses from this place.

My family and I have used Dr Graf for many years. The practice was sold to My eye Dr and it has gone downhill. I ordered over 600.00 in prescription glasses. When I went and picked up my single vision glasses 2 weeks ago they were defective with a wire sticking out of the nose piece. They could not fix them and asked me to choose another frame because the frames I chose were no longer available. I went to pick up the remake today and the General Mgr waited on me and his responses made me felt like I was bothering him with every concern and question I had. He also stated " I will not remake these for you and they are no longer under warranty because this is the 2nd pair. Wait, what? I received them from defective from day one and paid extra for an extended warranty - Fix yourself General Mgr Romeo - before you see customers face to face. Very disappointed and am discouraging my family from using this place in the future. I walked out of there today not feeling like a valued customer.
