Do not use this firm they are crooks. They were involved in my property purchase. Took 4 months to conduct a simple sale and at the end tried to find private buyers for the sale themselves. Beware!!!! (This post was originally asked to be taken off to proceed with the sale, however, again they have tried to negotiate behind my back whilst still holding my deposit for the property.)
