Chuck E. Cheese Kapolei: Nostalgia Meets Modern Fun!

This Chuck E. Cheese is a blast, featuring the last-ever "Circle of Life" stage and animatronics for a dose of classic charm. The dance floor is awesome, the salad bar is fresh, and the beef pizza is a winner (my daughter's favorite!).

The game selection is newer, providing a different experience compared to other Chuck E. Cheese locations on the island. We were lucky enough to catch a live dance show with Chuck, Helen, and Pasqually – super fun!

The Chuck E. Cheese robot is still there, but it only makes random movements now. It would be amazing if they programmed it to sing songs and tell jokes again, like it did when they first opened! That would make this place truly unbeatable!

I had my daughter’s 5th birthday party here. She had a blast! Customer service is terrific. I couldn’t have made the party any easier. All I had to do was bring her cake, candles, and goody bags for her friends that showed up. They sing, let her in the ticket booth, and they even cut the cake and hand them out for you too! Servers are attentive, friendly, and quick.

They recently changed over from paper tickets (win from games and machines) to electronic tickets that automatically get “uploaded” to your card. The idea is great but I’m pretty sure I was shorted over 1000 tickets. I know I won over 1000 tickets on one game but when I went to cash out with my daughter they said we only had about 500 tickets. At the end of the day it’s not that big of a deal to me but my daughter was definitely disappointed. I just they work out the kinks with their new system.

We were invited to a kids birthday party. Kids loved it, they got unlimited play cards good for 2 hours. Pizza was pretty good, not sure about pricing as we didn't have to pay for anything but looking at there menu, prices are pretty steep for a kids pizza place. Place was clean and service was friendly. I would definitely go here again if it was for a party but to go just my family. Probably not.

The owner is very scary and yells and also threatens if you pull over in parking lot to make a call. I have never been so scared. I would not take children here at all:( the way he screams and carries on is not appropriate.

Chuck E Cheese restaurant was pretty busy but one of the cleanest my family has visited. We did miss the mac salad from the salad bar. There have been quite a few changes since we were last here(pre pandemic). What made our visit extra special was our cashier(Cory). His friendliness was off the charts. Because we found out closing time was 8pm(we arrived at 7), we were debating on going but he convinced us we have enough time(and we did). The general Manager (Jodie) was also very friendly and helpful. This definitely made up for the missing mac salad. Thank You Cory and Jodie for the experience and we hope Chuck E Cheese values team members like you that makes the best dining experience!! It's true that you might not remember some ones name or how they look, but you will always remember how they make you feel!! We will definitely be visiting again!!

Took the kids to Chuck E. Cheese on a Saturday night. It was not so crowded. The place is wheelchair accessible and had restrooms.

Due to the mask mandate lifted. It was optional to wear a ?. (We choose to still wear mask.)

The kids love it here. We got them each the $40 cards with 200 coins/tokens on them. You have the option to get cards or a wristband watch with your loaded tokens. You can use the card to play all the games through out the place. They have a stage where you can watch animation and Chuck E. Cheese himself walks around to take pics with the kids.

They have tickets that you win with each game you play. You redeem your ? tickets to get prizes at their prize wall.

You can have parties there and order food there. They have a salad ? bar, pizza, drinks, and a whole lot more.

A great place to bring your family...

Smooth experience, great food, very accommodating, quite comfortable, lots of space and clean facility. Newer ChuckECheese in Oahu compared to the others. Everything went great, enjoyed the food and kids played a lot of games. Brought my own cake and presents, Just thre a party randomly and it turned out great. Spent about $300 for 5 cards full of game tickets and 4 pizzas and like 100 wings. Great games, nice people. Everyone there to have fun or enjoy themselves.
