When I tell you that I was surprised at the level of professionalism and respect I received from this clinic, I WAS SURPRISED!! I met with Dr. Nguyen ❤️ She instantly knew what I had and how I got it. (because I wasn’t sure myself) She handled me with care, I caught myself smiling too hard like I was a child again because of how she treated me (: All of the ladies that took care of me were great, made conversation, and were so helpful. This is the type of environment we need when we are feeling under the weather ❤️ I wish you all the best and thank you for helping me feel better, here are my flowers for you all —> ?

The stuffs are extremely rude especially the front desk. They treat you bad even the supervisor or their head is on their side as well when you do complain. Honestly, I have experienced it most of the community care clinics here in Austin and treat you differently I mean bad . When they see you , you have color or hair color and not from here, for sure they treat differently!!!

This clinic deserves no stars at all. Service totally sucks . Sibrianna at the front desk has a very nasty attitude . She couldn’t even help me schedule an appointment for the next day . Why is she even getting a check if she’s not helping patients. Instead she’s sending people home or to another clinic . I asked for a number where I can make a complaint and she refused to give it to me ! WORST CLINIC AND STAFF EVERRRR !!!!!

I wish it has NO STARS.. Was told to come here by my nurse from braker lane cuz it has a walk in urgent care..came here to find out that they will not see me and it a walk in by APPOINTMENT only! And i cannot go to any other places to get my head looked at. TOTALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL TO ANYONE!!! Wasted my time getting dropped off and have to waits hours for my ride to come get me! It is NOT an urgent walk in care unless you have an appointment which is impossible to get!! Front desk lady was rude and didnt care about the care i needed as it was an EMERGENCY recommended by by nurse and i still got turned down for service just because they are “full” and by appointment only.. AGAIN THIS IS NOT AN IMMEDIATE URGENT CARE WALK IN.. so unsatisfied with this clinic.. will report to City of Austin for this and possibly a lawsuit since this is ridiculous!!! Lady in the front desk obviously thinks that cutting snowflakes is more important than their patients care!!!

Came in twice, the doctors and nurses are very friendly and pleasant to be around. Really enjoyed communicating with them both times. However, especially the second time I came in, the front receptionist was quite short and rude with me. She pointedly asked why I don't go to a primary care physician instead of this clinic.

They 'helped' set me up with an intake for the earliest local place they could find. They never told me the name of the place and just asked if the date and time was fine. Not until I got the appointment date did I learn that they had set me up an appointment with Black Mens Health Clinic.

While I understand that the clinic won't turn me away, it just blew me away that they looked at me, a Caucasian Woman and didn't think anything of it. I am honestly not sure if that was some kind of joke or slight against me.

Very disappointed.

Me gusto mucho la asistencia que tuvieron con migo tenia muy fuerte infección de oido me recupere con en el tratamiento que resivi de la doctora ?‍⚕️ ?

Make me wait hours after my appointment time, then say they can only see me for one problem. Can't give a eye exam voucher without a problem. Can't do a lab work for 2 different things at the same time. All they have to do was just print and say they need the blood sample 2 different lab tests. Just lazy people with no heart to help anyone. Just here for their payday.

La segunda vez que me envían de la clínica a este lugar para recibir atención médica, la recepcionista mal encarada da trato pésimo me dijo que si quiero ser atendida debo sacar cita con anticipación o ser de las primeras en llegar. No es posible que sigan dando el mismo servicio a pesar de que los pacientes se quejen. Informen a la clínica que no envíen pacientes ya que no serán atendidos.
