When I was picking a logistic partner I knew I didn't want to be a small fish in a big pond of some huge 3PL that's just a conglomeration of small operations all run by some hedge fund. Nice has done a great job keeping our customers happy with accurate and fast fulfillment. We've been with 6 different fulfillment centers in the last 10 years, and they're running the smoothest operation we've seen. Their project managers are responsive and they make it right if anything does go wrong. I happily refer folks to them knowing they'll be in good hands with a conscientious and reactive team and processes designed to run their business smoothly. Also, they're well-named. They are really nice folks to work with and that makes life so much better:)

Before I hopped onboard the Nice Commerce train, I spent 85% of my time to do fulfillment myself, which caused a lot of headaches on inventory, shipping and customer service. Now that Nice is handling our fulfillment, I can spend that time doing marketing and pushing the business forward with the added benefit of knowing that my inventory is in check and my customers orders will be there in a timely manner. To say I'm pleased with Nice's efforts thus far would be an understatement. Highly recommend to any ecommerce company who is struggling to find time to do it all themselves.
